Annabel Buckingham and Thomasina Miers are Directors of Souper Ltd, a limited company set up in 2004 to handle small-scale projects with a charitable return.

Annabel Buckingham is passionate about good design and project manages promotions, special events and marketing campaigns within the industry on a freelance basis. She works with graphic and product designers, retailers, manufacturers, photographers, galleries, museums, charities and the press. She has also taught in New York City and Japan.

Thomasina Miers, the winner of BBC 2’s MasterChef 2005, is a cook and food writer who has experience of most aspects of the food industry. Currently she is cheffing with Skye Gyngell at the renowned Petersham Cafe at Petersham Nurseries. Thomasina’s work has taken her around the world, from cheese-making in West Cork, selling bread in Villandry in London, to opening a large restaurant and cocktail bar in Mexico City. She speaks Spanish, French and Portuguese and is an active member of the Slow Food movement.
